Brunch/Luncheon Private Party/Wedding Reception
Cost $45.00 a person (private party) for minimum of 10 people in Blaise Room, 30 people in Tavern or 50 people in Solarium. Wedding Brunch/Luncheon $55.00 person. Facilities available for wedding ceremony outside in gardens overlooking canal, inside in Solarium or fireside in Tavern Room.
Food Selections:
Assorted hot and cold hors d'oeuvres including:
- Country French Pate with Peach Chutney
- Smoked Trout with Horseradish Sauce
- Satays with Peanut Dipping Sauce
- Marinated Shrimp with Mustard Mayonnaise
- Miniature Crabcakes
- Fruited French Brie
- Phyllo Triangles filled with Spinach and Feta Cheese
- Vegetable Crudite with Dipping Sauce
Luncheon Menu:
- Soup (to be decided in advance)
- Garden Salad with French Vinaigrette
- Selection of Entrees:
- Roasted Pork served with a Dijon Mustard and Sage Sauce
- Poached Salmon served with a Béarnaise Sauce
- Crabcake Brittany served with a Hollandaise Sauce
- Boneless Chicken Breast served with a Tomato, Mushroom and Tarragon Sauce
- Dessert of Dark Chocolate Mousse with Raspberry Sauce or Cheesecake with Raspberry Sauce.
- Wedding Cake with Raspberry and Chocolate Mousse Filling.
- Hot Coffee or Tea.
Cost includes food, serving pieces, plates, glasses, candles, white napkins & tablecloths.
Additional costs include special flowers, bar, wine, tax at 6%, gratuity at 18%.

- French white wine at $24.00 a bottle-Macon, Louis Jadot
- French red wine at $24.00 a bottle-Merlot, Christian Mouiex
- French sparkling wine at $24.00 a bottle-Grand Laurent, Blanc De Blancs
Deposit paid by check or cash at booking. Balance paid by check or cash date of party.
These are party suggestions. If you do not want hors d'oeuvres subtract $5.00. If you do not want soup subtract $5.00. If you do not want salad subtract $5.00. Please call Barbara to discuss your party needs. Vegetarian meals available upon request.
