  • 1st Course - Breaded Smelts Parmigiana with Red Sauce and Provolone Cheese; Vegetarian Option: Creamy Asparagus Polenta
    • Paired with Conti di San Bonifacio Pinot Grigio
  • Entrée - Neapolitan Braciola- Italian beef rolls stuffed with pine nuts, raisins and pecorino Cheese served over pasta; Vegetarian Option Eggplant Rollatini served with Pasta
    • Paired with Villa Poggio Salvi Brunello di Montalcino
  • Dessert - Lemon Olive Oil Cake with Tarragon Agave, Blackberry Ice Cream and Candied Lemon Rind
    • Paired with Cleto Chiarli "Amabile Centenario" Sparkling Lambrusco
